Return and exchange conditions
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is initiated by the customer, the customer will bear the return shipping costs. The exact costs depend on the selected shipping provider.
If the reason is our fault (e.g., damaged or incorrect goods), we will cover the return shipping costs.
Return Period
You have 30 days from receipt of the goods to request a return.
You have 10 days to cancel your order. After submitting your cancellation request, customer service will process your cancellation request within 24 hours. If you submit your cancellation request before the delivery time and within the cancellation order time specified on the website, you can cancel your order.
Return Conditions
The item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
A proof of purchase is required.
Contact us at service@hlifemall.com to initiate the return. We do not accept returns without prior request.
Damage and Problems
Inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately.
Non-Returnable Items
No refunds will be given for loss due to incorrect/unclear drop-off locations or incorrect delivery instructions. The customer must contact the carrier directly.
In the event of loss without an address error, no refund is possible, but a free replacement item is available. A subsequent exchange is then possible for a fee of $19.90 per item.
Water exposure: Shoes are not considered defective if they are not waterproof. For extreme conditions, we recommend waterproofing spray. Used shoes can only be exchanged; they cannot be refunded.
Customs fees for returns are the responsibility of the customer. In the event of customs delays, you will receive a 50% refund.
Exchange Policy
In the event of an incorrect size, the first exchange is free of charge. The customer only pays the return shipping costs.

Refund
You will receive a notification after inspecting the return. If approved, the amount will be automatically refunded within 10 business days.
For delays exceeding 15 business days, please contact us.
Delivery Delays
No returns are accepted for delays due to logistics or peak season (e.g., Black Friday/Christmas) within 20 business days.
An automatic refund will be issued for non-arrival within 3 weeks.
Important Information
Rejected packages: No refunds unless automatically returned to us.
Pre-orders: No refunds prior to delivery, but returns are possible after receipt.
Multiple orders with pre-orders: Shipments will be made on the pre-order date.
Incorrect address/missed delivery: We will notify you immediately. In the event of a return or loss due to an address error, a $25 processing fee will be retained or a free replacement will be sent.
