• Why isn't my tracking number updating?
If no status is available or the information hasn't changed since your last check, please check the information regularly. It will be updated within the next few business days.
To optimize our worldwide shipping service, we have multiple warehouse locations in Germany, Asia, and Europe. Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately if not all items are available at the main warehouse.
Packages also undergo customs clearance in Germany, which can affect both delivery times and shipment status updates.
Delivery times:
USA, Germany, Canada, and the UK: 10-20 business days
Latin America and remote regions: 15-25 business days
Because mail volumes fluctuate daily, we cannot guarantee delivery times. All deliveries are made Monday through Friday by 5:00 PM local time (except in the case of unforeseen circumstances such as traffic delays, staff shortages, extreme weather conditions, or natural disasters).
• When will my tracking number be updated?
Tracking information will be available 1-3 business days after the package arrives at the distribution center and begins delivery. This scanning process may occur multiple times at the same facility and/or on different days while the package is being processed or transported.
If the tracking number is not available within 3 business days, your item is still in quality control. Our QA experts ensure that the product meets our high standards.

• What does "Origin Post is Preparing Shipment" mean?
This means that the originating country's postal service has accepted the package and electronically transmitted the information to the destination carrier (e.g., USPS). The "Origin Post is Preparing Shipment" status remains until the package clears customs (ISC) and has been scanned by the USPS. This status can therefore occur even after it arrives in the destination country.
